From order placement to delivery
1.Inquiry
Inquire by phone, fax, email, etc.
Send us drawings (by fax or email) at this point.
Specification Sheet
2.Estimate (reply about whether we can manufacture a product)
We judge whether we can manufacture a product based on the specifications received at the time of inquiry. If we can manufacture the product, we send an estimate.
* If it is difficult for us to manufacture a product, we may refuse to take an order at this point. We make efforts to send an estimate as quickly as possible, but it may take time in some cases.
3.Order taking
If you accept our estimate, send us an order sheet. We will take your order.
If you are a new customer, you are requested to accept our terms and conditions (e.g., payment condition).
4. Production
We start production. We are responsible for the entire process, from procurement of materials to processing to setup.
5.Inspection
We inspect the product.
We submit a product inspection sheet upon your request.
6.Shipment
We ship the product, which is delivered by home delivery service or by ourselves.
