These expander rolls are optimal for customers who are using expander rolls for the first time or who handle diverse products on the same production line.Both the wrap angle and the amount of bow can be adjusted.	The amount of bow of the expander rolls is non-adjustable.These expander rolls are most popularly used at sheet production sites of all types (e.g., paper, films, textiles).The amount of bow cannot be adjusted, but the wrap angle can be adjusted.

Variable bow type

	Rubber Straight Variable Bow Expander Roll The amount of bow can be adjusted freely. The biggest feature is that the amount of bow can be set to 0. Thus, this expander roll can be used as a guide roll when it is unnecessary to set the bow.
	Rubber Compact Variable Bow Expander Roll This expander roll can be introduced even when the work space is limited because the jack is compact and stored in the frame.
	Variable Bow Expander Roll (Remote control operation) The amount of bow can be adjusted freely even during operation.
	Steel Variable Bow Expander Roll This expander roll uses stainless steel for the spool and therefore achieves excellent corrosion resistance. The metallic roll surface improves the service life compared to rubber expander rolls.

Rubber Expander Roll

This roll is equipped with functions to avoid damage to the front and reverse sides of a base material caused by friction and slippage during traveling, completely remove wrinkles and shrinkages, and spread the base material as necessary.

Steel Expander Roll

This expander roll uses stainless steel for the spool and therefore achieves excellent corrosion resistance. The metallic roll surface improves the service life compared to rubber expander rolls.

Low Torque

Composite Air Shaft

Teflon Sheet Chemfab

This non-adhesive Teflon sheet can be applied without detaching and reattaching the roll. It is easy to maintain and can be applied quickly.

Teflon Tube

This product prevents delamination from the roll surface at high temperature and high pressure. It is highly economical and achieves excellent releasability.
