Rubber Expander Roll

This roll is equipped with functions to avoid damage to the front and reverse sides of a base material caused by friction and slippage during traveling, completely remove wrinkles and shrinkages, and spread the base material as necessary.

• Various synthetic rubber materials can be fabricated depending on the intended usage (e.g., electrical conductivity, chemical resistance, water resistance, oil resistance, heat resistance, corrosion resistance).
• The product can also be used for soft rubber (sponge rubber).
• We also offer special ball bearings that can be used in cleaning baths, etc.
• The product can be covered with a Teflon heat-shrinkable tube.
• The rotation torque is smaller than that of a flat expander roll. Uniform spreading can be achieved even at high-speed rotation.
• The product does not cause slack that is observed when a crown roll is used.

 

We also offer a low-torque product whose rotation torque is 50% lower than that of a standard product.
