Does Kansen Expander offer new expander rolls?
We meet the needs of the times based on requests from customers by increasing product types or improving products.
• We have developed a low-torque type with improved co-rotatability in line with reduced film thickness and reduced tension.
• We have developed a straight variable bow expander roll for two purposes. It can be used as an expander roll for a sheet that generates wrinkles and as a guide roll for a sheet that does not generate wrinkles.
• Our own standards have been increasing to meet the needs for higher speed and larger sizes.
Does an expander roll rotate like jump rope?
The bow shaft of an expander roll is fixed and does not rotate. Only the sleeve of the roll rotates.
Where should an expander roll be installed?

What are the advantages of introducing expander rolls?
Our expander rolls help improve the quality of your products and reduce manufacturing loss by removing wrinkles, sags, distortions, etc.

Regarding the expander roll setup position, I cannot secure the distance as described in the instruction manual.
Bring the expander roll closer to the downstream side. Reduce the distance from the downstream side (not the distance from the upstream side).
The angle adjustment shaft of the worm bearing does not rotate.
Loosen the securing bolt of the solid bearing before rotating the angle adjustment shaft.
Is rubber an appropriate material?
Regarding the surface material of our expander rolls that we deliver, rubber accounts for more than 90%.
